Pawel Lesniewski

Head of Testing and Automation for MISTRAS member company GMA in Stade - Germany, where he and his R&D team work on the development and production of systems for non-destructive testing (NDT) of large structures. Previously, he worked as an NDT inspector for NDTCOM, where he performed non-destructive testing on composites (mainly rotor blades) and metals for quality assurance and developed new testing systems. Previously, he served as a project manager at GMA in the development and application department, where he conducted research and development for NDT methods in the wind energy and aerospace sectors
