Blades Europe is being held in Edinburgh at Dynamic Earth, Holyrood Rd, Edinburgh EH8 8AS. The nearest station is is Edinburgh Waverley, which is a 15-minute walk away.  

If you choose to cycle to the event, 

Dynamic Earth is close to the National Cycle Network, with connections via Holyrood Park. The venue has bike racks located outside the building on Holyrood Road. The nearest bike rental is Cycle Scotland.

There are several open top tour buses which make regular stops at Dynamic Earth. Including Edinburgh Tours who hold Green Tourism Gold Award. The number 35 stops a 3-minute walk away from Dynamic Earth. Alternative routes include the 5, 7, 14, 29, 30, 31, 33, 37, 45 and 49 which stop on North Bridge and are a 10-minute walk away along Holyrood Road. Cancellation of registrations must be received in writing to [email protected].

Cancellations received will be refunded at the following rates:

• 30 days and more prior the event date: full fee refunded less an administration fee

• 29 days and less prior to the event: we regret that no refund can be made.

Any cancellations that still have payment outstanding will be liable for either the administration fee, 50% of the registration fee or the full registration fee, depending on the date and time of the cancellation.

One day tickets are not available for this event.

Upon arrival please head towards the registration desk where you will be provided with a badge. Please ensure that you wear your badge at all times. 

In the event that you lose your badge, a replacement must be obtained at registration. In addition, some of the exhibiting companies may ask to scan your badge. Please be aware that by doing this you will be providing your basic contact details; akin to handing them a business card.
