Matthew Hadden

Matthew Hadden is a mechanical engineer with 18+ years’ experience across offshore renewables and oil & gas. He specialises in blade testing, asset integrity, and the validation of new technology, with a track record delivering complex, multi‑discipline R&D and test programmes. He currently leads blade testing at the Offshore Renewable Energy Catapult, focusing on qualification, technology de-risking and representative testing of in-service​​ conditions.
