Jonathan Fuller
Principal Research Engineer, NCC
Jonathan Fuller is a principal research engineer responsible for the NCC’s work to develop cross-sector circular value chains and aims to support Net Zero in a way that maximises resource efficiency and value retention and minimises impact on the nine planetary boundaries. Since its inception in 2021, he has led the collaborative SusWIND programme, focusing on the end-of-life strategies of wind turbine blades, the application of circularity principles and alternative materials. He completed his PhD in Advanced Composites at the University of Bristol, focusing on non-linear applications of fibre alignment in composites. Since joining the NCC Jonathan has been involved introducing novel applications of advanced materials into the energy sector.
